We ship by Standard International Shipping.
We ship items in the next 1-3 business days of order.
Shipping cost depends on destination and weight of package. It's calculated in checkout.
After shipping we provide a track number.*
Shipping time depends on destination and as usually it takes approximately 5-20 business days. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIME COULD TAKE MORE TIME THAN USUALLY.
We ship from Ukraine.
Mail delays are possible in pre-holiday period. Unfortunately, we have no effect on the delivery time. We do our best to shorten it.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the online tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

*Please note, there are only two main checkpoints in tracking info: depart country and country destination in Standard shipping. There is no transit stops in delivery time.
